Shipping Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. During high-demand periods or seasonal surges, dispatch may take slightly longer—but we’ll always keep you informed.
Estimated Delivery Times:
• United Kingdom: 2–4 Business Days
• Europe: 5–10 Business Days
• USA & Canada: 7–12 Business Days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–15 Business Days
• Rest of World: 10–20 Business Days

Tracking Information
All orders are shipped with a trackable service. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track it in real-time.
If your tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, contact our support team and we’ll look into it immediately.

Shipping Notes & Guidelines
• We only ship to the address provided at checkout. Once your order is in the shipping process, we cannot make changes.
• We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
• Orders with multiple items may arrive separately depending on product availability or shipping origin.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
CrystalVac is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items after successful delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If your parcel is marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, we recommend:
• Checking with neighbours or safe delivery spots
• Contacting the carrier directly to raise a claim
• Notifying us within 48 hours of the marked delivery for investigation
We use official tracking timestamps and delivery confirmations when assessing all claims.

Customs, Duties, and International Orders
For customers outside the UK, your package may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not reimburse these charges or accept returns refused due to customs fees.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
We cannot make changes once your order enters the dispatch process, and we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
